MATCHAMORÉ KYOTO YAMASHIRO
Connecting the people, towns and businesses of Kyoto Yamashiro through sport.
OUR BRAND
Bringing people, towns
and businesses together.
Matchamoré Kyoto Yamashiro is a football club based in Yamashiro, southern Kyoto — the home of Japanese tea, with a tea-growing history of more than 800 years. We are more than a team that plays matches.
A first team that plays to win. A place where children can enjoy sport freely. And a meeting point for local businesses, schools, government and residents.
By connecting the people, towns and businesses of Kyoto Yamashiro through sport, we are building the future of the region together. That is the club Matchamoré sets out to be.
ABOUT MATCHAMORÉ →One shared passion

FOOTBALL
Playing to win.
Aiming higher.
At the heart of Matchamoré is a first team that plays to win. Carrying the name of Kyoto Yamashiro, we keep pushing for the next level together with our players, staff, partners and community.
A team that gives everything on the pitch brings people together, inspires support and strengthens the bond between club and region. We take both the game and our community seriously.

YAMASHIRO / OUR HOME
A region of tea,
history and warm people.
Uji, Joyo, Yawata, Kyotanabe, Kizugawa, Kumiyama, Ide, Ujitawara, Kasagi, Wazuka, Seika and Minamiyamashiro. Rich in history and nature, Yamashiro in southern Kyoto is a region where tea culture is still very much alive.
Matchamoré plays under this region’s name. On and off the pitch, we are growing Yamashiro’s future together with its people, businesses and children.
PARTNERS
Shaping the future
